Well suited to traveling healthcare professionals and anyone here for professional work lasting a month or more. Well-behaved, housebroken pets are welcome and considered on an individual basis.

Pet policy: Pets are considered on an individual evaluation basis and must be approved prior to move-in. The property has a fenced yard, and the cottage is professionally cleaned and maintained between every stay.

🏠 Occupancy
Single occupancy only. This property is leased to one professional individual. It is not available for couples, families, or multiple occupants. This policy is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
📅 Lease Terms
A one-month minimum lease is available; a three-month lease is preferred. Renewal options are available. Applicants must provide employment and rental references as part of the application.
🐾 Pet Policy
Dogs and cats are considered on an individual evaluation basis, taking into account size, breed, temperament, and behavior. The property has a fenced yard. All pets must be approved prior to move-in via our pet application. A $500 pet deposit is required for approved pets.
💰 Deposits & Rent
Monthly rent is $1,600/month with all utilities included. A $1,600 security deposit is due at signing. For tenants with approved pets, an additional $500 pet deposit is required. Deposits due before keys are released.
🧹 Cleaning Policy
A mandatory $240 cleaning fee is due at signing. This covers professional cleaning at the end of your stay. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the unit is left in a condition beyond normal wear and tear. We maintain this property to an exacting standard and expect it to be respected accordingly.
